    What is a Preloaded SIM?

    A Preloaded SIM is a SIM card that comes ready to use with a pre-activated data allowance (and/or minutes). Your monthly data allowance renews automatically every month at no extra cost until the SIM's expiry date—simply insert the SIM into your device and start using your internet immediately!

    When will my data refresh?

    Your data allowance refreshes automatically on the 7th of each month.

    Can I port my number to this SIM?

    Unfortunately, number porting is not available.
    The number is registered to a SIM+ account and cannot be transferred. Sims can not be registered under your name.

    How can I check my data allowance?

    You can easily monitor your data usage directly through your device's built-in settings (under Data Usage/Cellular). Alternatively, you can download any third-party data-tracking app from your device's app store. You may choose whichever method or app best suits your needs, as this SIM service does not include built-in usage tracking.

    How do I activate the SIM?

    No action is required, all SiMs are already activated and ready to use.
